I am (pretty) sure the most expensive apartment on/near our block is Kendall Roy’s penthouse apartment

A bit of block history for the Succession (and swanky apartment) fans. Succession season 3 was filmed (in part) 5 years ago on our block, and if you click on that link and wait for the gallery to scroll to the right, you’ll see a block member and Jeremy Strong in the exact green shirt and chain in the picture (we spotted him on the block right after shooting Kendall’s birthday party episode). Funny. Anyway, Kendall Roy’s apartment in the show is, we are nearly positive, the most expensive apartment near our block—the penthouse at 35 Hudson Yards. Sold a few years ago for $35 million. You missed your shot again.
