World class and (quasi-hidden) recording studio on 27th Street between 10th & 11th draws some heavy hitters

Nestled right next to Hotel Alameda on 27th Street between 10th & 11th (you absolutely will miss it if you’re not looking for it) is a recording studio that draws some seriously heavy hitters. It is called Jungle City Studios, and if you’re a night owl and go regularly to that bodega on 10th Avenue between 28th & 29th Streets (as do certain authors of these posts), you very well may see the likes of Cardi B, Meek Mill, and Ariana Grade—all of whom have been spotted in the last two years in that very convenience store because they stopped over during recording.
