Germans on our block for the World Cup, hosting watch parties at Chelsea Industrial from June 12 to July 11!

The German Football Association is opening the “German House of Soccer” (appropriately American-named) to host World Cup-watch parties at Chelsea Industrial (the events space on 28th Street between 10th & 11th Aves). You can see the write-up here. We talked to the guys setting up outside, and while it sounds like the viewings will be focused on Germany matches (of course), they’ll also be hosting watch parties for other matches as well. Watch parties will be running from here June 12th through July 11th. We’ve reached out to the organizers to find out more information!
